  • CAN I GET A TRIAL FIRST?

Yes! We offer a 24 hours trial service. This will give you access to the entire platform. Once you’ve reviewed what we have to offer and are satisfied, contact us to get started.

 

  • I HAVE AMAZON FIRESTICK, CAN I USE IT TO GET THE SERVICE?

Yes, you can. To download the streaming app for FireStick, Install the “downloader” to your Firestick first.

  • CAN I GET THE SERVICE ON ANY ANDROID BOX?

The answer is yes. It works on all Android boxes with Android versions 5.0 and later. If you are in doubt, please double check your device’s system settings to see what version your Android box is.

 

  • WHEN DOES MY TRIAL CODE EXPIRE?

Your trial will last for 1 day from when your trial code was activated through the app and not from the time it was issued. Only when you’ve activated a code in the app does it start recording the time of use. Please note, even though the trial code does not expire, it could be no longer available if you don't activate it within a week.

 

  • WHICH CHANNELS ARE AVAILABLE?

Are shows available on-demand?

Yes. We offer On-Demand content on many of our channels.

 

  • WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?
You can easily cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel your current paid subscription will run for the duration of your billing cycle or any prepaid period. Please note that we do not provide refunds for prepaid or partial months of service.

 

  •  WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

For cancellation and refund, you need to address with the Customer Support. We will either resolve the issue or initiate a refund.
